Terms and conditions of sale

- Please print your tickets before arriving at the venue.
- Tickets will be verified at the door. Kindly print in good quality, in black ink and make sure that the barcode is not blurred. You may also be asked to present your ID card as proof of your purchase.
- Tickets cannot be replicated and are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
- Performers deserve respect, and all ticket-holders equally deserve the best possible experience. You will be kindly asked to ensure that all technological devices are switched off during performances and events. The use of photographic or video recording devices is not allowed.
- Latecomers to screened or Live events may not be admitted to the venue, or only allowed entrance at the first suitable break if possible. We understand that parking may be a headache, so we remind you to plan ahead!
- BuyTickets.mt retains the right to refuse admission to the venue or request any ticket holder to leave, while taking any appropriate action to enforce this right.
- BuyTickets.mt retains the right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.

Concession Tickets (if applicable):
To qualify for concession tickets you must be a full time student, registered disabled person and their helper or a senior citizen over 61 years.
Children qualify for children's tickets as per advertised publicity.
